Program Description

By joining the Purrfect Grooming SMS Alerts program, you will receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, important account messages, and (if you opt in) promotional offers from Purrfect Grooming regarding our pet grooming services. Message frequency varies.

How to opt in

You can opt in by entering your mobile number on our website signup form, texting a designated keyword to our message number, or by providing your mobile phone number to our staff and confirming your consent to receive messages.

How to opt out (STOP)

To cancel the SMS service at any time, text STOP to the shortcode / number you received messages from. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Opting out

To rejoin the Program after opting out, sign up again using the same method as you originally used (e.g., our website signup form or in-person consent). After you rejoin and confirm consent, we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
