Yes, our groomers are all highly trained and experienced in providing the best care for your pet. They are passionate about animals and will always put your pet’s well-being first.

Are there any breeds of pets you don’t groom?

No, we are happy to groom all breeds of pets.

Can you accommodate pets with special needs or medical conditions?

Yes, we are able to accommodate pets with special needs or medical conditions. Please let us know in advance if your pet has any special needs or medical conditions so that we can make the necessary accommodations.

How do you handle aggressive pets?

Our groomers are experienced in handling aggressive pets and will take all necessary precautions to ensure your pet’s and our staff’s safety.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, and Cash Apps.

How are your services priced?

We have three starting packages for Dogs and Cats. Once you select your preferred package, your price will then vary based on the size of your pet, breed, hair length, and any additional service that you might want to add. We offer a full pricing list on our website, once you start the booking process, or you can call us for a personalized quote.

How often should I schedule grooming appointments for my pet?

The frequency of grooming appointments will depend on the specific needs of your pet. For example, dogs with longer coats may require more frequent grooming than those with shorter coats. However, as a general rule of thumb, it is recommended to schedule grooming appointments every 3-6 weeks for dogs and every 5-7 weeks for cats.

Can I request a specific groomer for my pet?

Yes, you can request a specific groomer for your pet. However, we cannot guarantee that the requested groomer will be available for the date and time of your appointment.

How long does the grooming process take?

The grooming process can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the services, and add-ons selected, as well as the size and breed of the pet.

Can you groom pets with fleas and ticks?

We do not groom pets that have fleas or ticks, but we do provide Flea and Ticks treatments, to prevent this from occurring. However, if your pet has fleas or ticks, it is important to address this issue before grooming to ensure the comfort and safety of your pet, our groomers, and our other furry Clients. Please consult your veterinarian for treatment options before scheduling your grooming appointment.
