We have three starting packages for Dogs and Cats. Yes, you can request a specific groomer for your pet. However, we cannot guarantee that the requested groomer will be available for the date and time of your appointment.
The grooming process can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the services, and add-ons selected, as well as the size and breed of the pet.
We do not groom pets that have fleas or ticks, but we do provide Flea and Ticks treatments, to prevent this from occurring. However, if your pet has fleas or ticks, it is important to address this issue before grooming to ensure the comfort and safety of your pet, our groomers, and our other furry Clients.
